Research at the Corbett Medical Practice

The Corbett Medical Practice participates in arrange of different clinical research projects each year as part of the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR). All research projects conducted via the NIHR have been through a rigorous approval process and ethics committees and run by established UK medical academic centres such as Oxford, Edinburgh, Southampton and Nottingham Universities.

In addition to these research projects the practice also contributes data for medical research and surveillance purposes to the Royal College of General Practitioners Research and Surveillance Centre. Data submitted is anonymised.
